My research interests primarily revolve around human-wildlife interactions in urban landscapes. Although I am interested in all human-wildlife interactions, my passion lies with bird populations, especially raptors. Much of my previous and current research focuses on black vulture populations, the relationships that this species has with urban areas and humans, and how this plays a role in their ongoing range expansion in North America. Going forward, I aim to continue expanding on this research with additional focus on the human components of these interactions and how the relationship has developed over time.
